Yobo Urges Simon: Premier League Move Could Be a Game-Changer

Joseph Yobo, the ex-captain of the Super Eagles, has recommended that Moses Simon should think about transferring to the Premier League.

Simon has been connected to a potential transfer to Premier League team, Everton.

The Nigerian player has one year remaining on their contract with Nantes and apparently does not want to agree to an extension.

Despite their challenges, the 29-year-old put on remarkable performances for Norwich City this season.

Simon has scored seven goals and provided nine assists in 30 league matches for Antoine Kamboure’s team.

Nantes, struggling to avoid relegation, currently occupy the 15th spot on the leaderboard with 32 points accumulated over 32 matches played.

"I am not aware of the veracity regarding the claims that he intends to depart Nantes, but should he choose to leave, it would necessarily be for the Premier League, as this is his planned destination," Yobo told Africa Foot.

Yobo encourages Simon to think about a switch to the Premier League.
