In 2023, he was not involved in coaching, but in 2024, he joined the Los Angeles Rams’ team as part of their staff.

Frost’s initial compensation package will amount to $3.9 million, slightly less than the $4 million he made during his final year at Nebraska. His pay will increase annually until it reaches a cap of $5 million for the period from 2029 to 2030.

He has the opportunity to earn bonuses totaling $75,000 for making it to a conference championship game, $50,000 for securing a conference title, $100,000 for participating in a College Football Playoff match, and another $100,000 should he triumph in such a playoff game. Additionally, earning a first-round bye will be treated as equivalent to achieving a victory.

He will additionally get bonuses if his team ranks within the top 20 nationwide in any of the eight specified statistical categories.
