Graham Norton Puts Manhattan Home on the Market for $5.6 Million

Graham Norton has put his renovated Manhattan carriage house up for sale.

The home of the Irish comic actor is now listed for sale at $5.595 million (£4.19 million).

Norton mentioned to The New York Times that it’s an excellent home for hosting events, featuring a rooftop terrace perfect for summertime and a functional fireplace ideal for wintertime.

Throughout the years, numerous gatherings, both large and small, have taken place.

In 2002, Norton bought the property from model Claudia Schiffer.

The distinctive house located in the Murray Hill area is among the 10 brick carriage houses, previously used as horse stables, which were constructed between 1863 and 1864. These homes remain concealed behind gated mews.

Norton refers to the three-story house as "a jewel box," and it evokes the style of European apartments constructed during the same era.

The host of 'The Graham Norton Show' mentioned to the magazine that he adores the high ceilings in the living room and has a fondness for the petite den/study as well," they went on saying, "Honestly, he finds almost every part of it equally appealing.

While Norton has a soft spot for the home - which he completely renovated - he said his life is no longer in New York.

"London remains where my work is and where we spend the vast majority of our time," he shared, referring to life with his husband, Jono McLeod.
