Angel Reese Steals the Show with Breathtaking Met Gala Entrance in 2025

As the WNBA preseason gets started, several of the league’s top players took advantage of the opportunity to make an impression at the 2025 Met Gala in New York City on Monday evening.

Multiple stars from the New York Liberty championship squad, such as Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu, were prominent figures at the renowned fashion show. Chicago Sky’s top player Angel Reese once again left her imprint, marking two years in a row, even though she had a match scheduled for the next evening.

Reese got approval from her coaching team to join the event, and she definitely left a mark. She grabbed everyone’s attention wearing a striking two-piece black outfit, complemented by a crisp white collared shirt and a coordinating black tie. Her impeccably arranged hairstyle rounded out the look, causing her to be among the night’s biggest talking points.

Reese encountered criticism for skipping practice to participate in an event as the WNBA season approached. Nonetheless, first-year Sky head coach Tyler Marsh backed her choice entirely.

She invests a tremendous amount of effort both during the season and off-season, putting in additional hours. Marsh said . She informed her teammates that she will be attending the Met Gala, and as an organization, we stand behind every member both on and off the court. This is a fantastic experience and a wonderful opportunity for her, and we fully support it.
