Joseph Fuller , 47, of Elm Street in Milford , regarding a felony charge of criminal mischief charge . He was accused of throwing a concrete brick into a vehicle and causing more than $1,500 in damage on Dec. 4 , 2024, in Milford.

David Grover, 38, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges He faced charges for driving on Spring Street in Nashua on November 11, 2024, following his designation as a habitual offender by the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicles. May 2024 .

Joseph Hall , aged 36, from Pine Street in Nashua, faces a felony charge for theft by unauthorized taking. He took action concert with Tyler Angers to burglarize Walmart in Hudson on December. . 17, 2024 , according to the indictment . Carlos Domitriz Santiago, aged 50 and residing on Elm Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, faces charges related to operating as a habitual offender following his certification under such status. The incident allegedly occurred when he was spotted driving on Lowell Road in Hudson on November 24, 2024. It’s important to mention that this transpired after he had been labeled a habitual offender by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles back in September 2022.

Lwaboshi Simwerayi , aged 28, from Dave Street in Manchester, was charged with stalking and two counts of tampering with witnesses and informants , and three harassment charges, all felonies. He was accused of calling , texting, and Facetiming a woman with a protective order on July 15, July 16, and July 17, 2024, in Nashua. He threatened the woman by saying, “I am going to come after you if you continue with these charges” and “I am going to kick in your door if you take it this far and you know that kind of person I am capable of,” or words to that effect, according to the indictment. Simwerayi was previously convicted of harassment in June 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North and was out on bail after being charged with mischief and resisting from Nashua District Court. Jawn Marc St. Gelais, 45, of Derry Street in Merrimack, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Continental Boulevard in Merrimack on Sept. 27, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2021.

Kirk Stutes , 39, of Central Street in Manchester , on five felony counts of controlled drug act ; acts prohibited — buprenorphine, meth, cocaine, and fentanyl, on April 8 and June 27, 2024, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Grafton County Superior Court on a drug possession charge in May 2021.

Benjamin Thompson, aged 23, from London Court in Merrimack, faces charges of second-degree felony assault. According to allegations, he strangled his intimate partner on November 21, 2024, in Merrimack.

Daniel Wayne , 47, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua , on a felony controlled drug act ; acts prohibited -meth charge on August 29, 2023, in Nashua.
