Lincoln's Jadyn Cree Steals the Spotlight, Advances to NBC's The Voice Live Rounds

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN)—Lincoln local Jadyn Cree is advancing in the 27th season of NBC’s The Voice .

On Monday evening's playoff round, Michael Bublé, who coaches Cree, chose both Cree and Adam David from Fort Lauderdale to move forward to the live shows scheduled for next week.

She wowed the judges with her rendition of "99 Red Balloons" by Nena in that round.

“I think Jadyn is gonna rock the live shows. Her talent and her star quality is just non-negotiable. Her voice is so special and unique,” Bublé said. “When people listen to the radio they’re gonna know in one second that it can’t be no one else but Jadyn.”

The remaining three vocalists from Bublé’s squad faced temporary elimination. He will get an opportunity to revive one of these three contenders for the live broadcasts. The chosen singer will only be disclosed on Monday.

The leading eight performers will go forward with their shows; however, it will be up to the viewers to choose which singer they like best.

Cree carries on with her quest about a year following her dad's departure. Bryan Oleson participated in the same performance .

Season 27 of The Voice It airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
