Fentanyl Dealers Busted: Multiple Suspects Indicted in Colorado

DENVER (KKTV) - The Colorado U.S. Attorney’s Office reported on Tuesday that a grand jury has issued an indictment against five individuals for allegedly distributing fentanyl multiple times from June 2024 through April 2025.
According to officials, Exor Omar Villanueva Raudales, who goes by "Brian," at 36 years old; Alex Yubini Canaca Calix, aged 32; Luis Fernando Banega Moncada, 21 years old; Alejandro Torres Ochoa, 38 years old; and Juan Carlos Sosa Villanueva, 34 years old, have all been charged.
As per authorities, the indictment outlined multiple cases where one or more of the accused individuals were involved in distributing fentanyl tablets.
Authorities stated that four instances implicated Raudales, who collaborated with Calix, Moncada, and Villaneuva. Additionally, they mentioned that two occurrences included Ochoa, who conducted transactions solo on one occasion and partnered with both Raudales and Villaneuva on another day.
Authorities stated that the suspects—Moncada, Ochoa, and Villanueva—are Honduran nationals who lacked permission to be in the United States. They reportedly made their first appearance in federal court on April 29 and remain in custody awaiting trials following hearings at the U.S. District Court.
The Attorney’s Office stated that Raudales remained at large, whereas Calix was deported because of unlawful presence.
Authorities stated that the Denver branch of the FBI, the local office of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations division, along with the IRS Criminal Investigation unit, are all conducting an ongoing investigation.
