ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Football enthusiasts celebrate!
As metro Atlanta gets ready for the FIFA World Cup 2026, several cities are planning their own celebrations.
On Tuesday, the City of Decatur revealed plans for a 34-day festival aligning with an international event.
The FIFA World Cup will take place in 16 cities spanning the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Sixteen matches, among which are eight during June and July, including a semi-final game, are set to occur at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
