Comedian Lee Kyung-kyu Makes His Mark with a Kick at K League 1 Match

Actor Lee Kyung-kyu performed the honorary first kick at the K League 1 game between FC Anyang and FC Seoul at the Anyang Sports Complex in Anyang, Gyeonggi, on Tuesday.

Lee, aged 64, serves as the father-in-law of FC Anyang's defender Kim Young-chan, who maintained his position throughout the entire 90 minutes of Tuesday’s match.

The game concluded with a score of 1-1, signaling FC Anyang's initial tie in the K League 1. This marks the first time the Gyeonggi-based team has advanced to the premier division following their victory in the K League 2 during the previous season.
