Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas are lighting up the red carpet of the 2025 Met Gala .

The Jonas Brothers singer and Citadel The star made a return to the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s yearly Costume Institute Benefit in New York City on May 5 and demonstrated they might possess qualities beyond those of ordinary humans.

Priyanka, aged 42, wore a form-fitting black and white polka-dotted blazer paired with an ankle-length skirt and accented her look with a striking emerald necklace. And, in a selection worthy of “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” For the "Tailored for You" theme, she opted for a black wide-brimmed hat alongside her dress-code-compliant outfit. . Before this year's event—which is being co-chaired by Colman Domingo , Lewis Hamilton , A$AP Rocky , Pharrell Williams and Vogue ’s Anna Wintour , with athletes like Simone Biles and Angel Reese and singers like Doechii and Usher serving on the host committee—Priyanka and Nick have been a regular attendees at the annual fundraising event. In fact, they were even co-chairs in 2019.

The couple—who have a 2-year-old daughter Malti Marie —even made their red carpet debut at the 2017 Met Gala, though the joint appearance was prior to their relationship . That year, Priyanka donned a much-discussed trench coat dress with a dramatic train by Ralph Lauren. For his part, Nick, also attending with the Ralph Lauren crew, sported a black-and-silver suit and bowtie.

For Priyanka, fashion has always been important to her as a tool she uses to “feel my most confident.”

"Style is about so much more than the clothes you wear,” she told Forbes June 2024. “It's about finding what makes you feel confident, asking yourself how you feel when you wear certain clothes. How do you want to be perceived? How you approach the clothes that you wear can help you achieve confidence."

She continued, "You just have to represent who you are and to be able to find that is very powerful. I could be in sweats, or I could be in a gown. But at the same time, if it's time for another gig or another job, I wear what I need to succeed."
