Video Captures Massive brawl inside Tucson's Fourth Avenue Tunnel

Tucson, AZ (13 News) — Law enforcement officials are seeking assistance after an altercation occurred within the Fourth Avenue tunnel in Tucson on early Sunday morning, May 4th.

On Monday, the Tucson Police Department made public a video of the altercation. This silent footage, lacking sound, can be viewed using the player provided above.

The TPD mentioned they were also informed about a social media post discussing the incident. Although this post has now been removed, it included claims from a woman who stated that her younger sibling Kolbi had been attacked by multiple individuals and alleged that it was motivated by hatred.

As they walked through the campus tunnel, Bee NyKole reported in the post, they faced harassment and insults from a crowd of over ten individuals who identified as both White and Hispanic (including men and women). This group continually used racial slurs against them, particularly the term "N-word." Upon their attempt to confront those causing trouble, they became targets of an assault involving multiple attackers jumping them.

The TPD also mentioned that they are endeavoring to pinpoint all individuals associated with the incident, and the probe continues unabated.

Those who have any details or recordings related to the event should contact 911 or dial 88-CRIME.
