Two Dead, One Survives: Victims Identified in Orangeburg County Crash

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – According to the Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office, they have identified two individuals who lost their lives in a collision early Tuesday morning.
Kyle Greene, aged 32, and Sara Greene, 33, who were residents of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, perished at the scene due to several severe blunt-force traumas, according to Coroner Sean Fogle.
The youngster who was also in the car made it through the accident unharmed.
Trooper William Bennett reports that the accident occurred approximately at 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday on Interstate 95 close to mile marker 87 within Orangeburg County.
In 1987, an Autocar dump truck and a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox were traveling north on the highway when the Equinox collided with the back of the dump truck.
The operator of the dump truck was unharmed and was the only person inside the vehicle.
