Rottweiler Becomes a Giant Puppy When He Sees His BFF Pet Another Dog

Our furry friends enjoy being the focus of our world. As dogs flourish with physical contact from humans, they always crave more hugs and strokes. This fondness for fondling can occasionally lead to a hint of envy.

When my Pug Mix sees me stroking my pet. Doxie mix, he quickly saunters over and literally blocks his fur baby sister to get some snuggles of his own. My precious pooch clearly isn't the only one with cuddle envy. A Rottweiler appeared to have some issues contending with the green-eyed monster in a recent video on social media.

In the TikTok posted by @mjrottweilers, the large but kind-hearted dog seemed to experience emotions that might indicate either rivalry among siblings or perhaps a hint of envy combined with—let’s face it—betrayal. Although this big softie cannot talk, his hurt expression conveyed volumes without saying a word.

"My dog acts like the world is ending when he sees his best friend hugging my other dog," the onscreen text read as the Rottie stared longlingly as his mama canoodling on the couch with the other pup.

Spectators speculated about what might be going through the Rottweiler's head as he continually stole looks at another person receiving cuddles.

"How awful! Being betrayed in such a manner," someone commented.

"Awww, looks like his heart is broken. He’s giving such a sorrowful look. I’m sure he’ll receive plenty of affection afterwards," observed a spectator.
