SpaceX launched the first rocket of 2025 from Florida's Space Coast amid crystal-clear skies Jan. 3, transmitting via the Thuraya 4 satellite to a geostationary orbit for a telecom firm headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.

After being pushed back multiple times, A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket was launched on January 6th. By the close of the designated launch window for the day, the mission deployed 24 additional Starlink satellites into orbit as part of the expanding satellite-based internet network.
