Robeson County Sheriff's Office Urgently Seeks Public Help in Manhunt for Rape and Incest Suspect

The Robeson County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help from the community in locating Rolando Villasenor-Martinez, aged 32, who resides in St. Pauls.

Villasenor-Martinez is sought after for charges including first-degree statutory rape, incest involving a minor, and felonious child sexual abuse.
