Danica Patrick Steals the Show with Bold Outfit on Capitol Hill
Immediately after covering the Miami Grand Prix this past weekend, Danica Patrick hopped on a flight to the nation's capital.
Patrick, 43, hasn't been shy about her political views over the past year. Not only did she vote for Donald Trump last November, she attended his inauguration ceremony this past January. She has made it extremely clear that she believes in the current administration running the country.
During an interview in March, the former NASCAR driver revealed the moment she truly became a Republican.
It seemed like a summons. I would appreciate hearing your viewpoint on how this experience feels since it has brought about an overwhelming shift in your work and how others perceive you. Taking a stand for something holds great power, particularly when you remain true to yourself. Patrick said . "When you're in your truth, you're quite magnetic. It gains momentum really fast, because when we're doing what's meant for us, the universe just lines things up for us. It went really quickly for me. It was a little over a year ago that I went to my first ever political event, which was AmFest here in Phoenix.
"I didn't know who Charlie Kirk was. I never paid attention to politics and quite specially have been avoiding the news since 2018. I just watched YouTube and spiritual information, but not the news. After going to that event, I posted some photos of my sister and I. It [her post] said, 'I love this country.' That was a divisive comment to so many, which was ridiculous. I then met Tucker Carlson and went on his show in the beginning of January. I came back from Florida and Charlie reached out to go on his show. I was like, 'Well, I guess I'm in politics now.'"

Patrick can't deny that she's in politics any longer. After all, she's back in Washington, D.C. for the second time this year.
On Tuesday night, Mark R Smith shared a photo of Patrick on Capitol Hill. She wore a green dress that grabbed everyone's attention.
"Another great day on and off the hill with Danica Patrick," the caption wrote.
We also can't forget that Patrick shared a selfie of her, Tulsi Gabbard, Lara Trump and a few others.
"I dreamt up this group," Patrick wrote. "Dreaming is how I have how I have operated my whole life. When I was 10 I dreamt of being a race car driver. In 2006 I dreamt of having a winery. And I have a couple other dreams in the works. No dream is too big and if you don’t have one you’ll never get it."
Whether fans like it or not, Danica seems to be living her best life.
